Journey to Discipleship

Welcome to Confirmation 2006-2007, Journey to Discipleship! Confirmation is the process of you becoming the best Christian you can be at this point in your life. Through Confirmation classes, you will be learning how to fulfill the vows you will take, including supporting the church, both as a people and a building, and how to live as Christ wants you to live.

Attendance on Sundays and at the overnighters is crucial to learn all you can about the Christian faith. If you need to miss a session, please let Susie know in advance if you can. In the case that you must miss a class, all work from the session is expected to be made up.

On Confirmation Sunday, you will stand before the congregation and profess that you believe in Christ, and that you will support the church through your attendance, prayers, and money whenever possible. The journey you are about to take is one that will stay with you for the rest of your life, and we hope and pray that God will continue to work in you through these classes.
