United Methodist Women (UMW)
The UMW shall be a community of women
whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole
persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supporting
fellowship and to expand concepts of mission through participation
in global ministries of the church.

Mission Projects
Thank
Offering:
Small Containers are available
for us to place our offerings of thanks. This money, turned in
on the Sunday following Thanksgiving, goes to missions to help
support programs for women and children.
Campbell Food Labels:
These labels are found on many
packaged food products, particularly cereal and boxed mixes.
The label turned in should contain the small insignia saying "Labels
of Education." These are sent to Red Bird Mission to help
purchase equipment within the school system. A collection box
is in the gallery.
Eyeglasses:
Eyeglasses you no longer use may
be placed in the box in the gallery. These are given to New
Eyes for the Needy or may be sent to missionaries for distribution.
