3 cups diced rhubarb
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup white sugar
3 T all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup rolled oats
Mix together 1 cup white sugar and 3 T flour. Mix in the
strawberries and rhubarb until well blended. Place mixture into a
greased 9x13 baking dish or casserole dish.
Mix together brown sugar, 1 1/2 cups flour, butter or margarine
and oats until crumbly. You may want to use a pastry blender for
this. Crumble on top of rhubarb/strawberry mixture.
Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes.
