Fellowship Groups
Asbury Fellowship
Asbury consists of a mixture of
couples and single persons, from many backgrounds and ages. Our
mission is to come together to enjoy activities, in different
settings, and developing friendships along the way.
A sample of our programming in the
last year was:
- A night of "Crazy Bridge"
- We had a picnic in Hoover Park.
- We also have pot luck dinners, travelogues and other
entertainment with dessert afterwards.
The organization of Asbury is
informal. We have an overall coordinator who is responsible for
getting committees assigned for each month there is a meeting, as
well as acquiring volunteers for calling the membership. Each
committee will be responsible to plan and run the event for that
month generally held on the fourth Saturday of the month.
