The Passion
of Christ
Departure date from Cleveland, Ohio, is
July 14th, 2010
Travel with Dr. Larry and Cheryl, Bishop
John and Elaine Hopkins
The passion of Jesus in moving and
stirring music, offered in the village
of Oberammergau, Germany. The Passion
is offered ONLY EVERY 10 YEARS, as the
result of a commitment made by the
villagers to God. In the summer of
1633, nearly 100 people in the small
village had died as the Black Plague
continued its ravaging sweep through
Europe. In a desperate attempt to
isolate themselves, the people of
Oberammergau blocked the entrances of
their town, but it did not stop the
disease. The villagers pleaded with God
to save the town, promising to perform a
re-enactment of the passion of Jesus.
The deaths stopped almost immediately,
the villagers have staged the production
every 10 years since.

With Dr.
Larry and Cheryl Morrison
“Abraham and Sarah”
April 12th, 2008
Join Cheryl and me as we
travel to the Amish Door Restaurant, in
Wilmot, Ohio, for an evening of Dinner
and Theatre. The production for the
evening will be “Abraham and Sarah”.
Through laughter and song, the musical
offers a light-hearted and moving
portrayal of the renowned Biblical
couple on their journey of Faith. Set on
the American frontier, Abraham is given
a promise by God to be the father of
many nations. His wife, Sarah, is aged
and well beyond the point of having
children. Through hope and perseverance
the impossible happens and a miracle is
born in their son Isaac. However, the
story does not end there. Abraham now
faces his greatest challenge of all --
trusting God with the sacrifice of his
only son.
So, call the church AND MAKE
YOUR RESERVATIONS TODAY…330-499-6040.
The cost for the dinner and theatre will
be $35.00 per person. It’s a great
evening out! |
